Building on our success, we were awarded a contract to work with South Central Ambulance Services (SCAS). Today, PTS-247 operates across the Midlands and the entire south of England. Our operations team are on call 24X7 from our operation centre in XL House, Mill Court, Spindle Way, Crawley, RH10 1TT. We do work in conjunction with the Call Centre in India. Operating 24/7, ensuring seamless service around the clock.

PTS-247 Ltd is part of a group of small companies providing patient transport services in the local area. Sub-contracted to a large NHS supplier, we primarily serve the communities of Surrey and Sussex. Our vehicles are adapted to convey patients in wheelchairs but do not transport patients requiring stretchers. We manage our service from one office location.

We provide essential transport for individuals who cannot use public or other transport due to medical conditions, including:

• Attending doctor’s appointments, hospital outpatient clinics, physiotherapy appointments, care homes, and repatriation
• Being admitted to or discharged from hospital wards
• Receiving life-saving treatments such as chemotherapy or renal dialysis
• Patients who walk but need assistance, or use a wheelchair

Our Vehicles have been tailer-made to cater patient needs for wheelchairs. The service does not convey patients requiring stretchers.

We directly deal with affiliated NHS suppliers who supplies us with the bookings. They not only deal with the queries, but also with any problems that occur on the day, changes in patient appointments which makes our task easy to ensure every patient gets the treatment they need.
