Key Responsibilities
- Safe Transport: Drive patients to and from hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities in a safe and timely manner.
- Patient Assistance: Assist patients in and out of the vehicle, ensuring they are secure and comfortable. Provide support for those with mobility issues.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Report any issues or required repairs promptly.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, patient information, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communication: Maintain clear communication with healthcare facilities, dispatchers, and patients to coordinate transport schedules and any changes.
- Customer Service: Provide compassionate and professional service to all patients, ensuring a positive and supportive transport experience.
