We began by partnering directly with Sussex NHS/Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to offer ASAP/ADHOC and emergency collections for secured non-emergency patient transport for mental health patients. Our dedicated specialist crews ensure a comfortable journey for all patients.

Building on our success, we were awarded a contract to work with South Central Ambulance Services (SCAS). Today, PTS-247 operates across the Midlands and the entire south of England. Our operations team are on call 24X7 from our operation centre in XL House, Mill Court, Spindle Way, Crawley, RH10 1TT. We do work in conjunction with the Call Centre in India. Operating 24/7, ensuring seamless service around the clock.

PTS-247 Ltd is part of a group of small companies providing patient transport services in the local area. Sub-contracted to a large NHS supplier, we primarily serve the communities of

Surrey and Sussex. Our vehicles are adapted to convey patients in wheelchairs but do not transport patients requiring stretchers. We manage our service from one office location.
